How do I return an item?
We accept returns and exchanges as long as the items are in new, unused /
unworn condition with tags attached, and returned to us within 30 days
of our delivery to you. We do not accept returns/exchanges on used
items.
Exchanges and Returns can be sent to the following address: Boardwalk Skates LLC / Sanukstore 201 ½ Ocean Front Walk Venice, CA 90291 Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for your return/exchange. We will send you a refund check as soon as the return is processed. On free shipping orders a fee will be deducted on your refund to cover our original shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. |
